The Brief

Allied Irish Bank wanted to support their employees’ career development within the bank by helping them to develop better relationships with current customers and build new ones with prospects and referrers.

The Solution

Joanna Gaudoin developed and delivered a series of workshops tailored for different groups.

The first one focused on the importance of rapport, relationship building and engaging others positively through personal impact.

The second one was on networking skills to build individual confidence and help individuals get more from the events they attend, as well as the relationships they build over time.

The Result

The programme really enhanced people’s ability to interact with customers and potential customers, which improved business performance.
