Case Study - Company: Career Progression for Women at Mastercard
The Brief
Mastercard was looking for a series of virtual sessions to develop the non-technical skills of the people in the company’s Women’s Leadership Network to help them progress their careers.
The Solution
Joanna worked with the Mastercard team to decide which topics would be of most relevance and use. She then developed a short series of three workshops related to personal impact, career progression and professional relationship building. The workshops worked both as standalone sessions and as a series, giving the company and participants flexibility in terms of development.
