Case Study - Company: Improving Pitch Presentation Skills with Henry Riley

The Brief

Henry Riley is a firm of international property and construction consultants. They build relationships that mean clients tend to stay in the long term, but they wanted to increase the number of new client wins. The team felt they were potentially losing pitches for new work because of the standard of the pitch presentations they were delivering.

The Solution

Joanna assessed two different pitch teams as if she was a potential new client, to understand the current pitch standard and areas for improvement. She provided feedback to each of the teams and devised and delivered a series of workshops to help the pitch teams improve and develop their skills in terms of pitch presentations.

The Result

Following the dedicated workshop sessions, the team came away with specific guidance and behaviours to put into practice when designing and delivering pitch presentations with renewed confidence.

Joanna delivered several workshops including 'The Importance of Personal Impact', 'Rapport Building' and 'Core Presenting Skills'. These helped our team to build confidence for presentations, pitches and general internal and external meetings.
