The Brief

Allied Irish Bank wanted to support their employees with their development to support their career development within the bank by helping them to develop better relationships with current customers and to build new ones with prospects.

The Solution

Joanna Gaudoin delivered a series of workshops for different groups. The first one focused on the importance of rapport and relationship building and engaging others positively through personal impact. The second one was on networking skills to build individual confidence and to help individuals get more from the events they attend and the relationships they build over time.

The Result

Enhanced the ability of the team to interact with customers and potential customers, to improve business performance.
